Return and Refund policy

 • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

To process any return or exchange:

 

 • A clear, full parcel opening video is required — from start to finish, with no cuts or pauses.

 • This helps us verify claims of damage or missing items and raise issues with the courier if needed.

 • Claims without a parcel opening video will not be accepted.


🔁 Return/Exchange Process

 2. Share your order number and the parcel opening video.

 3. Once approved, send the product back within 2 working days.

 4. After we receive and inspect the return:

 • A replacement will be issued (shipping charges apply).

 • If the product is damaged or any item is missing, it will be returned without exchange.

 • All return/exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 • We will only cover shipping charges if the item received is damaged due to our error (with proper video proof).

 • Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Please do not forget to make parcel opening video. Take full video from start to end without cut and pause. So if there is any damage or missing product, we can replace it. Without parcel opening video we will not able to  exchange the product. And without it we cannot raise complaint against courier company.

 

In case of return/exchange, the customer needs to courier the parcel back within 2 days after receiving the parcel. Once we receive the parcel, the customer will get the any replacement. in case of exchange(shipping charge is on customer). The product will be checked before exchange. In case of any damage or item missing we will send the parcel back to the customer.

 

In case of exchange/return, all shipping charges will be paid by the customer. We are only responsible for the shipping charge if the parcel received by the customer is damaged.
Shipping charges are non refundable in anycase.
