At Baash India, we strive to deliver your favorite apparel and fragrances in the fastest and safest manner possible. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and terms.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team directly.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.

3. Delivery Timelines

While actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, our standard estimates are as follows:

  • Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days.

Note: Deliveries may be occasionally delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, carrier delays, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Fragrance Shipping (Safety Compliance)

Since our perfumes (like "Wondermelon" and "Lychee Kiss") contain flammable liquids, they are shipped via Surface Transport as per Indian aviation safety regulations. This may result in a slightly longer delivery time compared to apparel-only orders.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can track your package directly on the courier partner’s website.

7. Non-Delivery & Re-routing

  • Please ensure the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because the customer was unavailable after multiple attempts, a re-shipping fee may be applicable to send the parcel again.

8. Damages

Baash India is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged (e.g., a broken perfume bottle), please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
