Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

At Baash India, we value our customers' satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our policy is designed to be transparent and compliant with Indian consumer protection and payment safety standards.
1. Return & Exchange Period

Apparel (T-shirts/Polos): You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Fragrances (Perfumes): Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes (including "Wondermelon", "Lychee Kiss", etc.) can only be returned if they are delivered in a damaged or defective condition or if the wrong product was sent.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags (for apparel) and seals (for perfumes) intact.

You must provide the original invoice or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Items on "Final Sale" or "Clearance" (unless defective).

Perfumes that have been unsealed or sprayed.

Gift cards.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet).

Timeline: Per RBI guidelines and banking standards, the refund will typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account details provided by you.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged product), Baash India will bear the return shipping costs.

For size exchanges or "change of mind" returns, the customer may be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.

Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled but can be returned as per the terms above.
